Manali Leh Road is Open

Manali Leh Road is open for all the vehicles, but the vehicles with Non-Himachal Registration Numbers needs permit to cross Rohtang Pass, which can be obtained from the office of the SDM Manali, at Manali on all working days from 10 am to 5 pm. For the permit you need the RC and Driving Licence. It takes almost five minutes to get the permit and no fee is charged for this.
