It is snowing at Rohtang Pass since 9 am in the morning. Tourists, those who went to the Pass early this morning were able to enjoy the fresh snowfall. It has been raining in Manali since 6.30 am. Because of the rain and the snow the mercury has dropped considerably. The temperature at Manali is 11 degrees celsius at 10.45 am.
