Manali, Rohtang Pass, Leh road status 2013

The BRO ( Boarder Road Organization Ministery of Defence ) opened the the road for the tourists up to Gulaba ( 20 km from Manali) on Manali-Rohtang Road on 28th March, 2013. Now the tourists have more options as they can visit Gulaba for skiing and other snow related activities and Solang Valley for paragliding, rope way, horse riding and a few other activities.
For the past couple of days the weather is not very pleasant  as it raining at the lower height and snowing on high peaks including Rohtang Pass. As per the weather forecast these conditions will remain for another two days.
