Manali-Rohtang Pass-Leh road status

The road is still open up to Gulaba only. There is sufficient snow for the visitors. Yesterday, it snowed at Gulaba.
All the vehicles having non-Himachal registration number are no more allowed beyond Kothi on Manali Rohtang Pass road. This order came into effect after 13th of April, 2013.
