Manu Temple, Manali.

 Manu temple is a popular  religious site  located in the picturesque town of Manali in the state of Himachal Pradesh. It is dedicated to the sage Manu, who is believed to be the creator of  human civilization according to Hindu mythology. The temple is situated  in the village called Old Manali, which has mesmerizing view of the surrounding snow capped mountains. 

The temple is believed to be over 400 years old and is a fine example of the local architecture of Kullu valley. The temple has the distinctive pagoda-shaped roof, intricate wood carvings. 

Earlier this Manali was called " Manu Aalya" means home of Manu rishi. 

It is a must visit place for the visitors, who are coming for the first time to Manali.
