Rohtang Road status

Rohtang Pass road has been opened up to Marhi. Earlier the tourists were not allowed to go beyond Gulaba for a few days, 

If someone wants to go up to Marhi then one has to take a permit.

No tourist vehicle  is allowed to go beyond Mari.
