Good news for those visitor who want to visit Leh, the road has been opened by BRO(Boarder Road Organisation).
Permit is required to cross Rohtang Pass, which is on the way to Leh. Permit can be obtained from SDM office Manali from 10 am to 5 pm. You need the photocopy of the documents of your vehicle and driving licence.
