Manali winter carnival

After a couple of days of busy schedule, today the winter carnival is coming to its closing. The weather tried to disrupt the carnival but every thing went on smoothly.
Most of the finals will be held today.  By the evening , I think all the results of the 2014 winter carnival will be out.
