Fresh snowfall at Rohtang Pass, Manali on 21st May, 2012

It has been raining in Manali since 7 am in the morning but it is snowing at Rohtang Pass since early this morning, there is almost 4 inches of fresh snowfall. Because of the snowfall on the higher reaches, above 12000 ft. the temperature in Manali has dropped considerably ( min temperature at Manali is about 7 to 8 degree celsius).
