It was second day of bright sun light but the temperature dropped this morning at 5.30 am to minus 6 degree celsius. The water supply was interrupted because of the freezing temperature. The vehicular traffic had lot of problem as there was lot of ice on the roads of Manali. Most of the tourist vehicles were able to go up to Nehru Kund only but four wheel driven vehicles were able to reach Solang Valley.
