After a few days of bright sunshine, today it is again cloudy through out the day. It is chill out side and it seems it will snow on the higher reaches including the Rohtang Pass. The climate and the atmosphere is perfect for the snow fall. Till today the Rohtang Pass was open for vehicular traffic.
